Individual therapy is the start of this process. There is so much that our conscious mind isn't aware of, until we can begin to process our experiences in therapy. In order to heal and grow, we often require more than insight to be able to move forward in our lives. Traditional talk therapy has its benefits, but when it comes to being able to move past relationship patterns that have kept us stuck, or healing from past experiences and stressors and/or traumatic events, engaging in an evidence based method, such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), can make all the difference in our success in therapy.

In addition to EMDR, I use mindfulness strategies including mediation, breath work and yoga nidra that are a natural compliment to the work we do in EMDR. EMDR is a therapy that isn't just for treating PTSD, it helps with anxiety, depression, panic and relationship issues, and is extremely versatile. 60 minutes: $130
90 minutes: $190 (generally speaking, 90 minute sessions are for specific evidence based treatments and are based on your individual treatment plan).
